Please go to https://oohlalou.com/a/returns to initiate a return. Our policy lasts 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. - In original packaging. - Tags attached.
Goods exempt from returns:
- Gift cards - Personal care items (underwear, swimsuits, bras etc.) - Used items - Items that smell like cigarettes, cologne or perfume - Stained items (deodorant, food etc.) - Items that have been damaged not due to our error. - Clearance items.
Situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Returns after 30 days. - Items not in original condition. - Items shipped improperly. - Items with damaged packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. A prepaid label will be provided and the cost of the label will be deducted at the time a refund is granted, unless the return is due to our error.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-10 business days. Please note, refunds have to be processed by your bank/creditor before they are completed which is the reason refunds take 4-10 business days.
If we receive an item for return and it is deemed ineligible for a refund we will charge a 20-50% restocking fee. For all other returns, we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee or charge a return fee that is equivalent to the cost of the initial shipping label, whichever is greater.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE U.S.
Items purchased outside of the U.S. are final sale and not eligible for returns due to high shipping costs, custom fees and taxes associated with international shipping.
RETURN POLICIES BY BRAND
Individual brands have their own return policies. A link to the return policy will be available on the listing or on the brand page. Some items are exempt from return such as custom or made-to-order merchandise. The return time-frame will differ from brand to brand.
To do an exchange please return your item to us and place an order for the item you are wanting to exchange for. If we provide you with a pre-paid return label due to our error you MUST ship your item within 3 business days or the label will be automatically voided. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased you will receive store credit for the value of your return, excluding shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, you will receive an email notifying you of your available store credit.
You may use our pre-paid return label or your own. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your return at the time your refund is processed if you use our label. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. If we provide you with a pre-paid return label you MUST ship your item within 3 business days or the label will be automatically voided. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you have any question email us at email@example.com. Shoes must be sent back in the original retail box with all the shoe packaging materials. If you are exchanging/returning shoes please do not ship in the retail box. If the retail box is damaged due to improper packaging your return will be denied as shoes cannot be resold without the box. Please use a shipping box to return shoes. If you return is denied we will either ask that you pay for a return shipping label for the shoes to be returned to you or we will assess a 20%-50% return fee from your refund.
If you receive a defective item you must report it within 5 days of receiving the item to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please start a return and indicate that the item is defective in our return portal. If a return for the defective merchandise is no initiate within 5 days we will treat the return as a non-defective return. If your return is treated as a non-defective return it will be subject to 20%-50% return or restocking fees. To receive a full refund the defective item must be returned in original packaging with tags attached (if applicable) and should not have signs of wear in order to receive a full refund. If all criteria is met you will receive a refund via original payment method within 8-10 business days.
